The concept
Modularity, flexibility, detail, finishing, light.
Context and project elements
The aesthetics of the project dialogue, by contrast, with the warm materials typical architecture of the mountain chalet.
Wood, carpet, and leather provide the background to the different elements of the project.
The main structure of the pop-up store houses the set up of the items, two seats fit as independent elements within the structure, and a detached metal platform showcase with integrated light completes the needs of a temporary store.
Pop-up structure
The grid structure accommodates all the functions necessary for the temporary store and is planned with a high degree of flexibility to be easily disassembled and reshaped into new configurations, adapting to different set-up needs.
The finishes follow the construction logic by differentiating the vertical elements treated in brushed stainless steel and the horizontal elements in high polished stainless steel.
At the top, diagonal profiles brace the structure, fitting into the orthogonal composition and conferring stability.
The lighting system is conceived as an independent infrastructure that runs visible on the structure and is aligned with the logic of being easily disassembled and reassembled.
Seating elements
Two sitting elements are developed independently from the structure but they are designed to fit and dialogue with it by materiality and construction logic.
Showcase
A detached showcase element with integrated light is imagined as a satellite structure.
It consists of three circular metal platforms with different dimensions designed to be stacked one on top of the other and to be composed in different configurations.
